Duration of use
The lifespan of the earplugs depends on the frequency of wear. Regular proper cleaning of the earplugs keeps them functioning optimally and makes them last longer. The earplugs can also be cleaned with lukewarm water and soap.

Instructions for use
Before going to bed, insert the earplugs into your ear canal. Pull your auricle up slightly and place the earplug in your ear with your other hand until the earplug fits snugly. Removal is extra easy thanks to the soft removal tab. Do not insert the earplug too deeply into the ear. Incorrect fitting, improper use or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual limits the effectiveness of noise reduction, increases the risk of hearing damage and shortens the service life of the reusable earplugs.
