returning procedure for a new article

terms and conditions

  • A complete and unused item may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • The original packaging of the item is completely intact. That is, the packaging has not been damaged or opened (except in the case where an item appears to be defective upon receipt), no stickers have been applied and the packaging has not been written on.
  • You have notified us of the return request with the reason for return by e-mail and received a return form from us.
  • The item to be returned must be properly packaged, with the packaging of the item itself not being used as a shipping box.
  • The return shipment is provided with a completed return form.

articles that cannot be returned

  • Items of which the packaging has been opened and which are not suitable to be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Items bearing your logo and company details (Private Label collection).
  • Items and/or parts that we have specially ordered for you at your request or after consultation.

handling of returns

Depending on the reason for the return, it will be handled as follows:

  • Ordered the wrong product and would you like to order a new one?
    We will send you the desired article and take care of any financial settlement after receiving the return shipment.
  • Wrong product delivered?
    In consultation, we will have our carrier pick up the incorrectly delivered item from you and arrange for a new delivery.
  • Received a defective article or damaged shipment?
    We check the returned article. If the defect is found, we will deliver a new article.
  • Other reasons?
    We will credit the returned item.

Needless to say, we will always contact you in case of ambiguities.
